Morning at the Docks by Diane Hein
(St. Petersburg, Florida,  January 23, 2005)

Calm water that is a pure deep blue
A crystal sky that arches over it
Brisk air that is windy and cold
This is a rare Florida morning.

            Sleeping sailboats that huddle together
Their proud owners still in bed
Then at last, the cry of a seagull
The sound of a sea day has begun.

Thought for the Day by Diane Hein

         No matter our age,
we must always set our sails
            for personal success.

Smile for the Day by Diane Hein

Sailboats run on either wind or fuel…
some sailors run on alcoholic fuel!  :)
